The use of urethane female dies produce mar-free bends to a variety of prefinished stocks and metal gauges. These dies are made of 75 D Durometer Urethane which features tremendous load bearing capacity, excellent resistance to abrasion and the rigidity required for this demanding application. A wide range of sizes are stocked for immediate delivery. Dies can be butted together to form longer lengths, are lightweight, easy to handle, and may be shipped via UPS.
Desired v-opening is 8X’s the material thickness. Recommended for air bending and not coining.
