THESE URETHANE DIES ARE EXCELLENT FOR BENDING STAINLESS, ALUMINUM, OR PRE-PAINTED MATERIALS TO ELIMINATE DIE MARKS.  VERY DURABLE AND LONG LASTING POLYURETHANE DIES.  THESE ARE NEW DIES

The use of urethane female dies produce mar-free bends to a variety of prefinished stocks and metal gauges. These dies are made of 75 D Durometer Urethane which features tremendous load bearing capacity, excellent resistance to abrasion and the rigidity required for this demanding application. A wide range of sizes are stocked for immediate delivery. Dies can be butted together to form longer lengths, are lightweight, easy to handle, and may be shipped via UPS.  See PT75D for material specifications.

Desired v-opening equals 8X’s the material thickness.      Recommended for air-bening and NOT coining.
