Standard Series # 1000-1 attachment unit with 3″ sch 40 pipe knife set that fits most Ironworkers.
Housing unit handles tube or pipe with outside Diameters of 2 5/8″ to 3 1/2″.
For larger applications, the 1000-1 is a great choice. It is capable of handling outside diameters up to 3 ½”. Durability and productivity are chief attributes of this tool as well as the rest of our product line. This is an attachment for most Ironworkers and fits in mechanical & hydraulic punch presses.
This listing is for the 1000-1 housing and 3 sch knife set. #1000-1 pipe notching unit copes 3″ sch 40 pipe, both sides at 90 degrees in two press cycles.
All cutting edges are manufactured from a premium M4 hardened tool steel.
Other Insert knifes – pipe & tube sizes to 3.5″ O.D. are sold separately and can be used the same housing.
