Ercolina A40/P Two Axis Positioner
A40-P Two Axis Positioner is ideal for repetitive parts and left and right mirror images. Use with Ercolina’s Super Bend-Tech SE software to quickly layout and produce drawings for bending applications.

- Manually controls accurate linear (Y) advancement and rotational (B) plane of bend
- Reduces operating handling and labor costs
- Helps eliminates unnecessary material scrap
- Previous layout and design experience not required
- Adapts to Ercolina 030 Mega Bender, TB76, TB60, 050KD, and SB48 machines
- Accommodates parts to 10′ length
- Pneumatic work holding chuck secures material and rotates 0-360°
- Chuck activation valve conveniently positioned near operator and machine controls
- Includes: four (4) sets of chuck jaws for material ½” to 2⅜”, six (6) adjustable linear and rotary chuck stops
- Special order positioning tables available – accomodate material to 20′ length
- Note: Positioner not intended for solid profiles
