Features:
- Adjustable return stroke, activated by proximity switch, permits accurate control of ram movement.
- Light-sensitive thumb pads must be engaged simultaneously before ram will move and cannot be mechanicallly by-passed.
- Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured to withstand 3,000 psi, but are used at less than 2,000 psi to prolong service life.
- Remote pressure adjustment easily sets maximum pressure desired.
- Run-jog selector allows fast, easy job set-up.

- Air/Oil Heat Exchanger – Cools hydraulic oil during continuous production applications. It uses the fan from the motor and a tube system, which is attached to the motor to allow the oil to be cooled through the tube system from the fan of the motor. Needed for high production. – $ 1,025.00
- Pressure Reversal Control – Automatically returns the ram once the press reaches the pre-set pressure. The dial control is located in the pressure gauge.- $ 815.00
- Distance Reversal Control – Automatically returns the ram once the press reaches the pre-set stroke position. The control, with a top stroke limit switch and a bottom stroke limit swithch, is located in the indicator line. $ 765.00
- Pressure/Distance Reversal Control – Automatically returns the ram when either pressure or distance matches the pre-set values above.
- Variable Speed Control – Allows variable speed adjustment for a pre-set distance during final closing. $ 1,340.00
- External Dwell Timer – For use with pressure/distance reversal control (duration displayed on digital readout). The timer can be set from 0-999 seconds, minutes or hours. The timer is digital display located in the electrical box. The dwell timer allows you to hold the pressure or distance in the Run Cycle mode. It will continue to hold if dual palm buttons are released, but will automatically over-ride when the emergency button is pressed. $ 1,105.00
