Super-Sterling Heavy-Duty Oil-Free Synthetic Sawing Fluid
Super Sterling is a State-of-the-Art heavy-duty oil-free coolant designed to replace soluble oil in production sawing of all metals except magnesium.
This product is excellent with aluminum. The coolant contains a remarkable package of EP additives and corrosion inhibitors which offer outstanding performance with the mess and disposal concerns of soluble oil coolants.
Super Sterling coolant works on all sawing applications including cut-off, band saw, power hacksaw, reciprocating, etc.
This product may be used on ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Dake Vertical Band Saws
Dake Vertical Band Saws
We offer a good selection of vertical band saws. On of our lines is the Dake line of vertical band saws. Vertical band saws are generally measured by their throat depth – the Dake line offers 3-throat depth sizes of vertical band saws. The Dake F-16 vertical band saw has a 16″ throat depth. The next size up is a Dake V-24 vertical bandsaw that has a 24″ throat depth.
The biggest size vertical band saw is a Dake V-40 with a 40″ throat depth.
The Dake vertical band saws: V-24 and V-40 are also available with a hydraulic feed table. That is helpful when you would like to set-up a piece to cut and allow the machine to hydraulically feed the work-piece into the blade.
Dake vwertical band saw are perfect for job shops or low production services.
Dake has band saw models for all materials. For instance, the Dake horizontal bandsaw, F16, features a robust frame construction. All Dake Machines come with a 1- year warranty on all machine components.
Punch-Easy® Lubricant
Punch-Easy® Lubricant
Punch-Easy® is a non-pigmented, honey-colored, heavy-duty, odorless punching and shearing oil for thick materials. It is used on ferrous or non-ferrous materials where scoring, galling, and friction are a problem. It is a particularly good punch and shear oil for thick, high-carbon steel, armor plate, grader blade, farm implement tools, and stainless steels. Punch-Easy® is unparalleled for high-production and multiple-stage punching or stamping operations.
Actual pyrometer readings indicate an operating heat reduction in drawn parts, punches, and dies of 40 percent. It is to be used for cold application and is not intended for hot application. Punch-Easy® may be diluted with Easy-Thin™ (blending oil) and also made into a spray-on application for less severe jobs.

This tool has a dual alternating tooth geometry with the traditional “V” and flat tooth design. With a thin wall construction, these annular cutters cut up to 15% faster than the competition.
